We had a terrible experience here. The manager is a very arrogant fellow who is not at all ready to listen the customer concerns. I wont suggest this place to anyone and staffs like this will spoil a place like this. This is a service industry and you people should learn how to handle customers. When i said i will give low rating manager without hesitation told me no problems you give, thats why I am forced to write such a lengthy review. 1. People smoke in the open area and it will be suffocating for kids and women if they are non smokers 2. Food tasted very average but the cost is same as that of Bangalore pubs 3. There is no live music performance and some bad songs they will be playing in the speaker. 4. If you are looking for a cosy resto experience or a pub experience, this is not the right place for you. 5. The beer glass provided here is the juice glass in the local shops. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
