"Avoid at all costs!" I wish I could give this place negative stars. The experience at Hotel SM Palace was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped in, the smell of mold and uncleanliness hit me. The rooms were filthy, the bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed in weeks, and the bathroom was more of a horror show than a place to freshen up. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, giving zero regard to guest comfort. The Wi-Fi was a joke—practically nonexistent—and the so-called "complimentary breakfast" was a sad excuse for food. The location may look good on paper, but trust me, it’s not worth the trouble. Save your money and sanity, and avoid this place at all costs. There are far better options out there! Service: 1

I would recommend everybody to stay in this hotel, if one comes to Gajipur.One of my best experience staying in a Hotel.Room , Service, Food, Ambience and Hospitality was top class. But the last was little heart breaking , as compared to room tarrif , the food cost was extremely high.... Service: 5
