We came here for lunch by 4 after visiting Mathura And the restaurant people said no food. Then after speaking to reception they arranged food. That was bad customer service. But the food was nice. 4 stars for food. Sufficient parking spaces. Rate expensive but they charged 175rs for a masala magi ridiculous. However we were very hungry and other dishes were fine but very very costly. Service: 1

Nice hotel .Cleanliness was best ,Food was of good quality. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful through out our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. Location is perfect for both Mathura and Vrindavan. I recommend everyone to stay here if you visit Mathura or vrindavan. Best service I have ever seen in my life . Great place to visit. Service: 5
