The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly their ultimate tea – strong, perfectly brewed, and aromatic, it’s the kind of cup that instantly refreshes your mind and sets the mood right. Alongside the tea, they serve the famous Osmania biscuits, which are soft, buttery, and lightly sweet with just the right balance of salt. The pairing is a match made in heaven, and I would honestly go back just for this combination. Beyond the tea and biscuits, the hotel excels in its non-vegetarian dishes and biryani. The biryani here is rich in flavor, with fragrant long-grain rice, tender meat, and an authentic Hyderabadi touch that lingers on your taste buds. Their non-veg curries and starters are equally impressive – spicy, flavorful, and prepared with care. The portions are generous and worth the price. At Tolichowki Ruman hotel recently I faced one very rude and worst mannered old age staff at take away counter on first floor the person was very rude and very bad mannered he behaved like he is the owner of hotel which was unacceptable management should train him about how to deal with customers or with any person who is taking any parcel from him or should take him to the psychiatrist... Worst experience like they are free food distributing to us Service: 1

I visited Hotel Rumaan for dinner last week. The food was tasty and had a wide variety of dishes, such as chicken biryani, beef kebabs, veg curry, and naan bread. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I would give the food 4/5 stars. The ambience was great and had a traditional feel to it. The restaurant was decorated with colorful lights and paintings. The music was soothing and not too loud. The seating was comfortable and spacious. I would give the ambience 5/5 stars. However, the service was very poor and disappointing. The staff are very slow and unprofessional. They took a long time to take our order and bring our food. They did not check on us or refill our water. I would give the service 1/5 stars. Overall, I would not recommend Hotel Rumaan to anyone who values good service and customer satisfaction. The food and ambience are good, but not worth the hassle and frustration of dealing with the staff. I would rate Hotel Rumaan 2.5/5 stars.
