The only thing that disappoints when you visit Hotel Rukmani INN is the energetic staff. Terrific service is something guests agree upon here. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

I stayed at Hotel Rukmani in Tandwa (near Ranchi) and had a very disappointing experience. The room charges are extremely high — around ₹3000 per person — but there are no basic facilities provided. There was no geyser, no hot water, and overall no amenities that justify the price. The food quality is very poor. At night I ordered dal fry and roti, but it was almost impossible to eat. Again in the morning, the breakfast was unacceptable — as shown in the attached photo. The food looks and tastes third-class. For the high charges they take, the service, food, and facilities are completely unsatisfactory. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid Hotel Rukmani, Tandwa. Very bad experience and not worth the money. Service: 2
