Being at this restaurant, try perfectly cooked bhaji, idli and sambar. Most guests consider the staff appealing. Visitors say that the service is professional here. We visited Hotel Ruchi Sangam for breakfast and tried a few items from their menu. The medu wada and idli were both well-prepared and enjoyable, and the sambar complemented them nicely with good flavor. However, the coconut chutney was quite sour, which affected the overall experience of the South Indian dishes. We also ordered puri bhaji. The puris were fresh, nicely puffed, and served hot, which was a positive. Unfortunately, the potato bhaji tasted stale and lacked freshness, making the dish less satisfying. On the pricing front, the dishes were reasonably charged and seemed fair for the portions provided. Where the experience fell short was in terms of the ambience and cleanliness. The dining area did not feel well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was not very pleasant. Cleanliness is an important factor, especially for a restaurant serving breakfast, and this is an area where clear improvement is needed. In summary, while some dishes were enjoyable and the pricing was fair, the inconsistent food quality, lack of cleanliness, and average ambience made the visit less than ideal.
