I had a very bad experience at Ruchi Hotel, mainly due to poor service and serious payment issues. The staff member named Gopi TK behaved very rudely and was extremely unprofessional. We were first asked to make a digital payment to an account in the name of Gopi TK, which we did successfully. After the payment, he claimed that the amount was not received and started shouting at us using very bad and disrespectful language. He clearly had no knowledge about handling transactions or checking payment status. Because of his mistake and refusal to verify the payment properly, we were forced to pay a second time to another account. This caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. Apart from this, the food quality was very poor and not hygienic at all. The overall service was terrible, and the staff attitude was unacceptable. I strongly feel this place is not trustworthy. I do not recommend anyone to visit this hotel, as the management lacks basic professionalism and transparency.
