I stayed with my family for one days 11th July 2025. The Hotel was quiet and clean.The manager, and staff was very helpful and well behaved. Walking distance to Old Digha See Beach and Biswa Banga. See View Balcony. Very near to Bus Stop Food also tasty and quantity wise food was too much. However the overall stay was very nice. Thank you Service: 5

I recently visited your hotel in Digha and was extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the staff. From the moment I arrived, their attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. Basic courtesy and hospitality were completely lacking, which made my stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. As a guest, I expected at least respectful and cooperative behaviour, but instead encountered rudeness and indifference. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and reflects poorly on the reputation of your hotel. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to train your staff on proper guest handling and customer service. A beautiful location alone is not enough — guest experience matters most. Service: 1

Just take a moment to reflect on your actions. Every day, we serve 70 to 80 guests, and we always do our best to ensure their satisfaction. Unfortunately, individuals like you fail to recognize that effort, driven solely by self-interest. You and your five friends consistently disturbed the peace of the entire hotel, to the extent that we had no choice but to call the police to intervene. Yet, in your review, you accuse our staff of having behavioral issues. Please consider—would you behave the same way in your own home?
