Hotel Royal Punjab, especially green peas, ice cream, Malai Kofta, and tomato soup. As a prediabetic, I stopped ordering the tomato soup and occasionally switched to green peas. However, I recently noticed issues with my order.The green peas were unexpectedly salty, and the roti, which is usually chapati, was simply altered in color. The Malai Kofta was also different: instead of the rich malai, I received a spicy, oily chutney with added kathmeer. While mistakes can happen, it felt like the restaurant’s preparation was off today, leaving me disappointed.
