Absolutely a 5-star experience. The manager was courteous, and the cleaning staff was incredibly cooperative. I requested a second cleaning of the bathroom and a change of bedsheets; both requests were addressed promptly. This level of responsiveness is something even many 5-star hotels fail to comply with—I am highly impressed! Admittedly, I was skeptical when booking due to the low rate of ₹800 per night, expecting a basic budget lodge experience. However, the room was surprisingly spacious, featuring a large window, a clean bathroom, and even a dining area. They also provide dedicated car parking, which was a plus for me. I stayed here during my recent visit to Pinjore Gardens, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone seeking value without compromising on hygiene or service. Service: 5
