My recent stay at Hotel Royal Celebration was, unfortunately, a letdown due to unprofessional staff and subpar food quality. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff seemed disinterested and dismissive. Check-in took far longer than necessary, with no apologies for the delay or the mix-up with my reservation. Throughout my stay, requests for basic amenities like extra towels or room service were met with slow responses or, in some cases, completely ignored. The housekeeping staff was equally unhelpful, often leaving my room half-cleaned or skipping it entirely without explanation.The food was another major disappointment. The on-site restaurant promised a diverse menu, but the dishes were bland, poorly prepared, and often served cold. I ordered a simple breakfast, and the eggs were overcooked while the toast was stale. Dinner was no better—overpriced for the quality and with limited vegetarian options despite being advertised as inclusive. When I raised concerns with the restaurant staff, they were defensive and unapologetic, which only added to the frustration. Even frustrated with the geyser as it was not working.

Had a Bad experience with staffs and receptionist lady didnt have etiquettes to talk and food was below satisfaction and geyser not working, had to shower in cold. You can take another hotel if it isn't necessarily unavoidable
