Besides Margao Municipal Park, visit Hotel Roshani in the vicinity. The key aspect of this restaurant is Chinese and Mughlai cuisines. Google users rated Hotel Roshani and it didn't earn a high rating.
I was so sceptical about food when I entered the place. But the food was really good. I tried Kokum soda, Kadhai paneer, butter dal fry, and parathas. Everything was good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400
If you are in Margao new market area for your morning shopping, make Roshani hotel ( behind Jose Cabral cycle shop) your breakfast pit stop. It is widely believed that the Shirodkar family who runs this hotel gave Goa it's first commerical ros-omlette in 1952... Try the ros omlette with pao and the kheema masala with kerala style porota. Samke bhest. You will come back for more. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Went to this restaurant to have "Ros Omelette" as it was recommended by a YouTuber I've been following. Found it to be just about average. There was not even a single piece of chicken in the ros. Coffee was too light and when we asked to make it a bit stronger we were told that the coffee powder is over. They could have very well asked for extra payment for strong coffee but they chose to lie instead. This is Ridiculous and no way to treat a customer!. Note that It's not easy to find this restaurant as it's located in a dingy by-lane and there's a crowded market in the locality. Sorry to say but overall a disappointing experience.
