Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rongla in Palampur. The hotel offers spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable rooms, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area. Its location is very convenient as the main market and ATM are within walking distance, and there’s also a convenience store right next to the hotel. A special mention to the warm hospitality extended by the owner, Piyush Rana, whose courteous and guest-friendly nature truly made my stay memorable. Rohin at the front office was extremely helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. Sunil Singh from the F&B team was very resourceful and attentive throughout my stay, and Meena Devi did a thorough and excellent job in keeping the room clean and well maintained. Overall, Hotel Rongla is a great place to stay in Palampur and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Service: 5
