It is a very cool hotel.. the receptionist has a very good way of talking, the rooms are very nice and comfortable..room service is also very fast.. I would like to come to Jalandhar sometime and visit again

I want to stay in this Hotel 11 08 2025 to 14 08 2025 for 3 days in one day I checked out in one day bcos of Non Co operative Behavior by Staff & Manger Rohit Sir No stop 30 Mintues I face unexpected bad service of Water Supply in morning Shower time No value of Guest felling or Understanding Highly professional Rest all things are Good

Really sad from Hotel Residency, they refused to refund my money in the days of Punjab Band, don’t waste your money there, they do a SCAM, Saurabh and Balwinder are the scammers. Hopefully my review will reach to you. They will not refund your money if there is an involuntary cancellation. Pathetic customer service in terms of hospitality. Zero stars. Minus. Service: 1

Dear sir, Thanks for your review, as per your advance booking you booked 2 rooms for 1 days as advance you paid only 1500 rs as deposit and we send the confirmation for 2 rooms. as per hotel policy for sold out dates you cancel this booking at check inn date. as per hotel policy same day cancellation not applicable, as we maintain good relations with guest we offer you to settle this amount with future booking but you denied on this .
