Took a overnight halt at Hotel Relief and rooms during my solo trip to North India by motorcycle. It was a totally unplanned stoppage for me as I had my motorcycle breakdown in the afternoon which drained me out completely during this year's harsh summer temperatures in India. Initially had light dinner as I was super damn hungry of dal tadka and vegetable raita light on stomach and light on pocket too I think I paid under 200 for my dinner. In the meanwhile I booked a room for self to crash for the day here only for which I was charged 1120 a nominal amount. My main goal with the room was to simply sleep and recover all my lost power that got drained out during my motorcycle repair in the afternoon. But I think the room had some different plans only for me . The Air conditioner started making weird noises and the cooling also was way too less as compared to what it was at start and to top it at around 3-4am the ac started leaking water due to which ultimately I had to switch off the ac. When I was checking out in the morning and told abt the issues and reduce the cost because of the inconvenience caused to me, the answer that I received was " U should have told us no matter what the time is" I was like taken aback as I was already drained out the previous and what I wanted was a sound and before renting out the rooms it's the responsibility of hotel that the things are working in absolutely perfect condition.
