Locals appreciate Indian dishes at this restaurant. Visitors don't highly appreciate chicken biryani at Hotel Regency. Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The well-trained staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about. When you enter this place, pay your attention to the comfortable atmosphere. But most clients who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

Parking not available Famous for mutton items Very old restaurant in ottapalam town Waiters are aged but energetic as they are working in same restaurant since they are young Biryani is average only but mutton cury is super. They don't offer meals at noon Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I had ordered a parcel, but to my surprise, when I got home, it was missing. I contacted the restaurant expecting a refund or at least an apology, but they refused to pay me back. I had to make a trip all the way back, and instead of resolving the issue, they forced me to buy something else I didn’t even want. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable service. Would not recommend. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hotel Regency is one of the oldest established hotel in town. It was there since my childhood and it was the only non vegetarian family restaurant at that time. Through all these times Regency has consistently kept its quality and goodwill. I vote for kerala porotta of Regency hotel, which remains as a nostalgic memory along with chilly chicken . Tried chicken and mutton biriyani today and both the biriyanis are ok. Next time, wanna try their 'mutton varuval' which is their speciality item recently added to their menu. Accepts cash as well as UPI. Though they are facing some issues with Gpay, the owner gave me another number to make the payment. No parking space is available.
