I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally courteous, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel very welcome, and I’m already looking forward to returning for another visit in the future. Service: 5

Very worst experience and not very happy and satisfied from this hotel. Still hotel is providing soap for handwash and not giving shampoo. Room is very small and AC is not working properly. AC is 25 years old. No water is coming from Jet spray and very less water coming from one tap. I will not suggest anybody to stay in this hotel. Service: 1

Ratnawali Hotel is truly wonderful – definitely worth a visit! The service was excellent, and the staff were both polite and helpful. The travel desk especially stood out; it made our travel around Jaipur smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend using their travel desk for any local travel needs – the team was courteous and accommodating throughout. Service: 5
