The worst hotel ever seen in my life. Even the lowest budget friendly hotels beside the utility stops are far better.My stay at Hotel Ratnadeep, Jalpaiguri, was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms were poorly maintained with broken fittings, stained linens, and an unbearable musty smell that made it hard to stay inside for long. The staff seemed indifferent to guests’ needs—requests for cleaning or even a simple towel took ages, if they were fulfilled at all. The food service was equally disappointing; items arrived cold, and the taste was below average. Basic amenities like hot water and Wi-Fi barely worked throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the noise from the corridor and adjoining rooms made it impossible to relax. For the price they charge, this hotel offers absolutely no value. I would strongly advise travelers to look for other options in Jalpaiguri if they want a comfortable and pleasant stay. Not even to be rated

I'm not a guy who usually give such low reviews but i can honestly say this is the worst hotel i have experienced so far, the waiters seems like they are annoyed by just calling them out, and even they where not turning on the light inside the restaurant and we had to do lunch with dimmed lights, very poor servicing and very cheap maintenance, I'm never coming to this place ever again
