The energetic staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. If you want to experience cool service, you should go to this place. I recently visited Hotel Rana for a meal and ordered chicken biryani. While eating, I found a chicken feather in it. This was extremely unhygienic and irresponsible. I immediately complained to the management, but no one responded properly. Their attitude showed a complete lack of accountability.The lack of cleanliness in the hotel was evident. The food quality was very poor, and customer complaints were completely ignored. Such places can pose a serious health risk.
