Good vegetarian food and maharashtrian delicacies. Nice lobby ambience . Nice room service. Old infrastructure and few trained staff Huge scope of improvement in room furniture , bedding,wifi,and hygiene. Can repeat stay only if the property is renovated

I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Rama Heritage Paint was peeling off from walls which made the room feel damp and neglected. There was electric kettle with broken handle making it unsafe to use.AC remote was not available in the room which I had to ask for. In addition to the frustration I was promised a breakfast parcel which was not provided,despite confirming with staff in advance. For the price charged I expected much better.I would not recommend this hotel unless they fix these basic issues.
