I ordered dal khichdi from the restaurant. Firstly the staff was not welcoming at all. Secondly I found a hair in my dal khichdi. The staff offered to get a new one but I wouldn’t dare order again from a restaurant that can’t even maintain the basic hygiene standards.I just refused , paid the bill and left

Hotel RAJPURUSH (Opposite Railway Station, Kolhapur) – Disappointing Experience I recently visited Hotel RAJPURUSH and the experience was far below expectations. The food quality was poor for both kids and adults. Many dishes, including the **dal khichdi I ordered, were served cold and not in a hot condition, which is unacceptable for a hotel restaurant. The taste was bland and unappealing—simply pathetic and not worth the money. The service was very poor. The staff did not seem to understand basic customer needs and appeared uninterested in providing good service. There were delays and no proper attention given to guests, which made the overall dining experience frustrating. This follows other complaints online about slow or bad service and staff not responding proactively to orders. The pricing is too high for the quality of food and service offered. Considering what you pay, the experience felt like a waste of money. Many reviewers also mention that the value-for-money is poor and the food isn’t worth the prices charged. Additional negative points reported by other customers include: Menu items not fully available (several dishes missing or unavailable), forcing compromises or longer waiting times. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Rajpursh Hotel in Kolhapur has an unbelievable level of arrogance — from the staff to the manager and even the owner. Everyone behaves as if customers are a burden. The service is pathetic, the attitude is rude, and the food is nothing more than average. There is absolutely no respect for customers. I had a terrible experience and will never visit again. I strongly warn and recommend everyone to avoid this place. Totally disappointing and not worth your time or money. Service: 1
