The order was perfect to have wrt taste , quantity & delivery since it was ordered from the train the restaurant should send cutlery by default which was major missing. It became a tedious task to have food in the train

Today, we had lunch (Deluxe Thali) at Hotel Rajbhog. The food was not at all great. It was an ordinary thali. The behaviour of staff is arrogant. Though it was written on the menu card that it is unlimited thali, the servants were refusing to give paneer sabji again. Manager was busy in his phone and not even looking at us when we were asking for something. Complete waste of money. Customer is the most ignored thing in this hotel. Highly disappointed with food and behaviour of staff. Owner should look at this seriously.. otherwise the staff will ruin this hotel with their behaviour.. Don't even think to visit this hotel.. there are many good options available in Ratnagiri... Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400
