I recently visited Hotel Raj after it was recommended by the owner of Thajjim Boro Restaurant, who mentioned that they are known for their mutton thali, as Thajjim Boro doesn’t serve mutton. My experience at Hotel Raj was quite positive overall. They offer a standard veg thali with mutton available on demand, and I opted for the mutton thali, priced at Rs 220. Given the quality and portion size, I feel that the price is justified. The veg thali was simple but satisfying, with a good variety of side dishes, and the mutton was well-cooked, tender, and flavorful. The food quality was decent, and it provided good value for money, especially if you’re looking for a hearty meal.
