The executive rooms fell short of expectations. The dark color theme created an unpleasant atmosphere, and the small size felt suffocating. Additionally, despite arriving at 2:48 pm (well after the 12:30 pm check-in time), the facilities weren't well-maintained, and the rooms weren't clean. Service: 4

I don't know about the rooms but the service of this hotel is the worst. The guy at the reception told me if I book online I have to wait till 12pm even if rooms are available but if you book offline you will get the room without waiting. Not making any sense. I reached the hotel at 9am but the reception guy gave me no option but to go for other hotel. Improve your service Rains Inn. Service: 1
