We were really disappointed with the service during our breakfast. An elderly member of our group, a grandpa, politely asked a waiter for some hot water, but the request was ignored or denied without explanation. It’s a small thing, but it meant a lot to us and reflected a lack of basic courtesy and care. We expected more from a hotel rahul refreshment that claims to value its guests. We always went here to grab bruches and breakfasts... It has varieties of food. Misal pav and onion uttapa is best. This place is super affordable with damm amazing taste of Maharashtra without any added drama. I had one of the best pitla bhakhri, their curd is so diff and flavourful.
