The worst place we ever visit, i tried almost all the food spots in trivandrum, this one is the worst one. They treat customers according to look and dress, they shows partiality, they say the lime is unlimited but they charged for me after 3 refills, they clean the nearby area while eating, the cleaner liquid all falls on our leaf, very unhygienic, also when we were eating we asked for extra chicken they just didn't give and took our curry plate. Worst worst worst customer service ever. Never visiting again. As a trivandrum citizen there are many food spots with unique flavours better than this unhygienic one. Recently visited this place with my friends, mainly to try their much hyped Kethel’s Chicken. The restaurant itself is quite small, and one of the major inconveniences is the lack of parking space. We had to park our vehicle quite far away and walk to reach the location, which was a bit tiring. Coming to the food, we ordered the Kethel’s Chicken along with chappathi. Honestly, it was a bit disappointing. The chicken portions were very small, and the taste didn’t really live up to the hype. It felt average at best and not worth the expectations we had. They also served a gravy along with the dish, but that was another letdown. It was too watery and lacked flavor, more like diluted masala water than a proper gravy. The overall experience was further affected by the staff behavior, which was not very welcoming. The service felt a bit rude and unfriendly, which made the visit less enjoyable. One positive was that they provide unlimited lemon water along with the food, and it actually tasted quite refreshing. However, if you need a refill, you often have to call the staff quite loudly, which again reflects on the service experience. Overall, it’s an average experience. Might give it another try in the future, but definitely not as impressive as expected.
