If you're a Vegetarian cuisine lover, come here. Enjoy delicious tea. The atmosphere of hospitality of this restaurant highly depends on the staff, that is creative here. If you want to experience prompt service, you should visit Hotel Radha Krishna. It's a pity, food here isn't worth the appalling prices as people indicate. The spectacular atmosphere is what this place is about. Google users awarded the score of 4 to this spot.

Dear Mr. Umesh shinde & Hotel Management, This place is not even worth a star for the experience but because without that I can logg a complain here ho have to rate star. I’m writing to share a disappointing experience my family and I had at your property on our recent visit to Dhule. We stopped at your hotel around 11:20 PM, unsure whether food would still be served, but upon confirmation, we proceeded to dine. From the outset, we were made to feel like a burden rather than guests. A staff member named Satya, who identified as the captain, approached us to take the order. While we requested a few minutes to decide, he insisted we order immediately, stating the kitchen was closing. We understood and placed our order promptly. We were a group of 5 adults and 1 child, and we ordered: 1 Lasuni Methi 6 Masala Papads 1 Manchurian Dry 2 Jeera Rice 12 Tandoori Rotis 2 Dal Tadka And requested 4–5 fried green chilies What followed was a series of service disappointments: Only 4 glasses were initially placed for 6 people. I had to twice remind the staff (Eknath) to complete the setup. Masala papad lacked basic garnish like coriander, and the "masala" appeared to be just pepper, salt, onion, and tomato. Basic condiments like lemon wedges and onions were missing. Eknath brought a small portion in one quarter plate for six guests after repeated reminders. Green chilies, which were acknowledged, never came. When I asked again, Satya casually said “they weren’t available” and moved on. Main course was served in small bowls, and food was brought in a haphazard sequence. Rice was placed before we even finished our first round of rotis, making it go cold. The staff simply covered it with a plate and kept it aside. Rotis, when finally served, had turned cold and hard due to poor coordination. When I asked for a manager, Satya pointed to Resham, who was standing nearby throughout but chose not to intervene, assist, or resolve the situation. The most troubling part was the attitude displayed. When I raised concerns, Bhagwat (another staff member) brushed it off and walked away, saying "no problem, complain." Eknath even argued back when I mentioned slow service and staff behavior. We paid Rs. 1880, but were made to feel like we were being done a favor instead of being served as valued guests. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to a reflection on staff training, hospitality standards, and guest handling—especially during late hours. Every guest, regardless of time, deserves respectful service, empathy, and a positive experience. In over all food manchurian, lemon and cold water tasted good Basic sence of service is missing here along with staff having bad attitude. We regret choosing this place instead we could have controlled our hunger and had eaten in jalgaon or should have controlled our hunger till we reached our destination. Service: 1

My experience with Hotel Radha Krishna is good because i have visited more than 4 times in this hotel . so the food is good also they take care of hygiene and cleanliness but the service is not up to date. if you are just going for a lunch or dinner then it will be a good experience. But if you are planning to stay i might not think it will be a good option. But the food and atmosphere of the hotel is good so you can visit because experiencing by yourself will be more helpful to you. otherwise Hotel Radha Krishna is a well maintained hotel and the location is also very convenient to everyone it is on road and visible to everyone.
