Hotel R Maidens is pretty near Christ Church Kasauli. The unpleasant staff is the only thing that can spoil your evening at this restaurant. Nice service is something that guests would like to improve here. From the visitors' point of view, the atmosphere is charming. But Hotel R Maidens is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I would only say if you do not have any option for stay. It’s better if you sleep in your car.

hi, there is actually no star enough for this hotel. One star is much more for this hotel I would like to stay in my car rather than to stay in this hotel . actually, this hotel is like US style. Where everything you have to do at your own. you must carry your bedding and blankets with you while staying here

I am posting my feedback second time.This is the worst hotel i had ever visited in my entire life.First the cost is unrealisticaly high.Pathetic behaviour of the staff and manager.Worst smell in the bathroom .No extra blanket was given .We asked them to reheat our food but they denied.Again if they charged 3000,they should have maintain their standards.Spider webs were there,room was so dirty ,bed sheets were rough and quilt were so smelly.There was no water bottle or kettle given as complimentary. I recommend to close this hotel .There are a lot points to be mentioned.i suggest to buycott this so called hotel whenever you visit kasauli.

Apologies for the inconvenience in the first place.Could you please inform us as to which room number were you staying in with us ?? I was going through the entry register and I do not see your name mentioned here.Still I would like to mention that before the guest checks-in we always show the room and discuss the room charges.Only after a mutual consent the check-in happens.The guest is shown the room so that he is satisfied with the same and accordingly is ok with the charges he is about to pay for the room.This is a standard procedure and is same for every guest.I am sure that you were shown the room and if you were not satisfied with either the room or the charges you should have chosen otherwise rather than mentioning non relevant things. I understand you must be annoyed that the food was not reheated for you so I would like to mention that our kitchen closes at 10:30 pm and it is not possible to entertain such a request after that.Next time before giving a review to any hotel please be specific to mention the room number,date of stay etc. so that the hotel management can better assess the review and make corrections accordingly.Also please make sure that if you do not like the room or are unable to pay the amount discussed for the room then kindly search for a property that suits your budget rather than giving a false review.For any other feedbacks please feel free to write on [email protected] shall get back to you asap.Regards
