Visited there for 2023-24 new year celebrations. Nice location with sufficient parking space which is rare in kasauli. Service: 4

One of the worst food of my life in a restaurant. Even they don't provided glass. Moreover their housekeeping staff carried our own glasses with them in morning. ( We remembered those near Dharampur while coming back). This restaurant should be closed by governing bodies. No sense at all by reception staff. Service: 1

The hotel staff was very very pathetic and manager was very rude and In morning their transformer got boom and in bathroom gyesers got blasted and charger got blasted and ceiling broke after all there behaviour was very rude and they where even not sorry for there service. Poor service Service: 1
