Very bad service i.e. didn't provide water on demand, they don't recharge TV paid channals. Front desk staff was very rude. I have seen the other invoice was charged with Rs.2500/- per day where as he charged Rs.3000/- to me even though our's was a corporate booking. My check in date was on 17th September 2022 morning and check out date was 18th September 2022 morning. When I have asked the reason he said "I can issue rooms to any guest with a price of Rs.500/- per day." I was completely surprised that the front desk staff asumed himself as the owner of the hotel. I feel his behaviour was very rediculous and he doesn't fit for the front desk staff to deal with the guest. However I have talked to the Manager Mr. Prasant and he appologised for the behaviour of his staff and requested me to pay Rs.3000/- for the time and he promised to consider the corporate discount on our next booking. This was a horrible experience I have ever seen in the hotel service at Hospet. Hotel Priyadarshini Pride, Hospet
