I ordered two rice , 2 alu bhaja, one sukto, one neem begun, one potol posto, two small daals, pui shak and paid Rs. 404 as I was asked. They didnot give me potol posto and when I called they said it is their mistake and asked me to collect it. I went there and gave them the bag. They took pui shak out and gave me alu posto. When I called again they said they replaced it. The owner also said that I did pay full amount though I had already paid Rs. 404. They donot have a decency to accept their mistakes and be polite to customers. The owner is extremely rude and behaves as if he is showing pity to the customer by selling food. They won't admit if they make mistake but will try to blame on the customer. It is a disgusting place , there are much better options in North Calcutta. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
