I would give zero stars if I could. My stay at Hotel Prime Square was a disaster from start to finish. I specifically called ahead to confirm they had running hot water and was told "yes," yet there was none. I was forced to bathe in cold water despite their prior assurances. The facilities are poorly maintained—the AC was barely working. To top it off, the reception staff were completely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. Room service took over an hour for a simple tea and coffee order, only to forget the tea and the stirrer for the coffee. Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it were the last hotel in the area. Service: 1

I have order food in train via railone. Food quality was amazing as expected with proper packing and cutlery. Amazing service. loved it.

The rooms of hotel are too small. The staff does not know how to speak with customer. Very rude behavior. The location of hotel is also in isolated lane, not good during night time. Service: 1
