Extremely Disappointed with the Service at Hotel Prestige I had high expectations for Hotel Prestige before arriving, especially since I had pre-booked a room for two days. However, my experience upon arrival was extremely disappointing. When I reached the reception, I informed the staff member on duty about my booking and provided my name. He acknowledged it, but after that, he completely ignored me. Instead of proceeding with the check-in process, he got engaged in a phone call and continued speaking for several minutes, mostly discussing food delivery matters. Meanwhile, I was left waiting without any update or even a polite request to wait. I was visibly tired from my journey, and the lack of basic courtesy and attention from the receptionist was frustrating. I ended up standing there for over 15 minutes without any explanation or offer to sit. As a pre-booked guest, I expected at least a minimal level of respect and professionalism. To make things worse, once the room was finally allotted, I found the toilet in poor condition and the television of very bad quality. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. A hotel’s first impression starts at the reception, and unfortunately, Hotel Prestige failed completely in that regard. I regret choosing this hotel
