The worst hotel I have stayed in Mangalore. Suite room without TV,cables hanging, dirty rooms and no toiletries. Highly priced. Not at all recommended.

I am from Bangalore and I visit Manglore twice every month on a business trip, and I have stayed in many hotels in Manglore but this the worst hotel ever I stayed, the rooms are very dirty , foul smelling and full of cockroaches and none of the switch board to charge mobile laptop works, bathroom is very dirty more ever water comes so slow that to fill a bucket with water you need 2hrs , the break fast they provide very boring not fresh and served cold and also the hotel fair it’s not cheap I paid 5k for 2days , 2.5k per day but I know hotel with lower price tags 1400-2000 their hospitality and cleanliness will be far better. I will never book this hotel again !! I gave the feed back at the reception. Thank you for your outstanding Service Hotel Prestige . Service: 1
