We have been regular costumers of president since last 15 years. But today the food was not at all good, PATHETIC i would say. The chicken was very chewy and not edible. Even after regular reminder and complain the General manager was rude, not accepting the flaws and justifying the mistakes and poor quality. Really sad that president is loosing its charm. Very poor service and hospitality

I’ve been coming here for a long time and usually swear by your food, but today was a massive letdown. I ordered my usual Hakka Noodles and Manchurian, and honestly, it felt like I was eating leftovers. The noodles were dry and lacked that fresh ‘wok-tossed’ flavor I usually love, and the Manchurian gravy was strangely gelatinous. As a loyal customer, I know you guys can do better than this. Really disappointed with the inconsistency.
