Location was worst with no parking place.rooms were nice but when asked if did online booking through app they would provide small room.bathroom lights were not working even after telling they din't change the light.ceiling fan was rotating as if it could come down anytime and when told at reception they said all fans work in same way .the food was pathetic.the chicken was boild too much that it got mixed up with the gravy .Staff behaviour was bad when asked for electric kettle they said nahi milega as I had to boil water for my daughter.but they din't bothered to provide.

Room was nice except now bathroom. No soaps/tooth brush was there. No slippers were provided. Staff was rude and delayed everything even bringing water. They don't pickup the phone if you dial to reception or room service.

Sorry Sir, our every wash rooms have liquid soap dispensers & we have shower gels & shampoo in each washroom, even slippers are in every rooms. Please share your stay date. We will try next time you don't have any inconvenience.

I was there on 26th of May for an online test at SBR online services. We are staying at Hotel Prem Residency. Good place to stay. Friendly staff, good food, location also on road. Room was good but they should provide 2 towel for executive rooms. The hotel is in 5th floor and you can see the holy Ganga from the balcony. You can visit with your friends and family here. Service: 5
