Very bad service by the receptionist. Visited with my husband and was sent away by reception person saying no rooms were available even though your own website says room was available

Recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Pratham in Solapur, and it was truly delightful. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more special. I would surely recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway! Service: 4
