Clients don't highly appreciate filet américain at Hotel Pratap Palace (The Heritage Hotel). The staff is said to be attentive here. Nice service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. The modern decor and cool ambiance let visitors feel relaxed here. But google users rated this spot and it didn't achieve a high rating.

Staff is very welcoming, i reached at 5 in the morning but still they managed to provide a cleand room, hotel is live haveli, feels royal, food is super tasty, specially the coffee, we also enjoyed at the pool in the evening, hotel was very clean and they maintained the hygiene very good. Also the railway station is Just 15 mins from the hotel. I will surely recommend if you ever visit chittorgarh. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Great value
