I had an overall fantastic experience at Prasiddhi Hotel! The ambiance was warm, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The facilities were top-notch, and most of the staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. However, there was one staff member who was consistently rude and unprofessional with customers, which slightly marred the experience. Addressing this issue would make Prasiddhi Hotel perfect. They serve good food at fair prices. While it may not match premium restaurant standards, the taste is satisfying and prepared in a homely, desi style that suits everyone. Most importantly, they offer meals, which is a big plus, as it's the only place nearby that does.
