I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hotel Prasad. I ordered a Veg Handi for takeout, and upon reaching home, I discovered it was stale and completely inedible. Despite calling the restaurant to address the issue, they refused to acknowledge the problem, claiming the dish was freshly made. As a regular customer, this level of disregard and the rude behavior of the staff are unacceptable. Due to this negative experience, I will no longer be visiting Hotel Prasad.
