Review for Pranav Grand Restaurant and Bar: Overpriced and Overrated I recently visited Pranav Grand Restaurant and Bar, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Here’s why: 1. Ridiculously Overpriced: They charge like a 7-star restaurant but deliver the quality of a street stall (no offense to street stalls—they’re better!). For example, a Signature 750ml bottle, which officially costs around ₹1,500, is sold here at ₹660for just 180ml (MRP ₹365). Absolutely absurd. 2. Terrible Food Quality: We ordered a Chicken Tandoori Roast priced at ₹1,115, but it was one of the worst chicken dishes we’ve ever had. It wasn’t roasted properly, and the quality was far from acceptable. For that price, you’d expect perfection. Chicken worth ₹180 is/kg being sold for ₹1,115. Enough said. 3. Rude and Unethical Billing Practices: We inquired about the price of Paneer Tikka Masala but didn’t confirm the order. Despite this, they added it to our bill without our consent. When we told them to cancel it, they arrogantly refused and insisted we pay for it, even though we hadn’t ordered it. 4. Poor Service and Ambience: The TV wasn’t working properly, which ruined the atmosphere. The staff seemed indifferent to customer complaints and were more interested in squeezing money out of us than providing a good experience. 5. Hidden Policies: They blatantly stated, “Once it’s on the bill, you either pay or take it away. Your choice.” This is outright unprofessional. Verdict: Save your hard-earned money. Avoid Pranav Grand Restaurant and Bar at all costs. They are overpriced, deliver terrible food and service, and lack basic customer ethics.
