Extremely Disappointing Stay at Hotel Polo Towers, Shillong Our experience was highly disappointing. The room was poorly maintained and lacked even the most basic amenities. No mineral water was provided initially — we had to request it multiple times, and only after repeated follow-ups, they gave just one bottle. The food quality was below average, and the tea and coffee were not even drinkable. Despite booking a specific room online in advance, we were not given that room at check-in — no explanation, no apology. For the high room tariff they charge, the service is extremely poor and unacceptable. Honestly, I would strongly advise everyone not to choose this hotel. Totally not recommended. Definitely not worth the money. Service: 1
