This hotel is situated in the city and sightseeings are close by. The room sizes are good. Only 1 small lift. The hot water is a big issue. You have to wait 15 to 20 minutes before any warm water will come. We asked twice to come and check and were told to simply wait. Wi-Fi is very poor. There are 2 routers on our floor, but, wifi comes and goes. Again, i have to say to Veena's hospitality team to select much better hotels that are available. Service: 4
