I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. During my lunch at the Rice Bowl restaurant, I encountered an issue with the food, which was served lukewarm. When I raised my concern to the manager, I was met with an unprofessional response. Instead of offering an apology, the manager dismissed my complaint with the remark, "Rice may rahta hai, health ko kuch nahi hoga." This type of response is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards of customer service. The lack of courtesy and the failure to acknowledge the issue is deeply disappointing. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive prompt and effective solutions to any concerns. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you are seeking good service and professionalism. The staff’s dismissive attitude and lack of proper manners make this hotel an unappealing choice for future visits. Worst service ever. They dont even care to take your order unless you ask for the waiter to come. A simple Toast sandwich I ordered and came after 30 minutes. I dont understand how they were making.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
