I visited zaika fine dine today after almost 4-5 year previously the taste of every food was just awesome, but this time the taste was totally changed chiken was littrely smelling in chicken handi and the gravy was littrely like water with masalas. Zaika Restaurant stands out as the best option for quality Chinese food in Dombivli. If you're looking for a place that not only delivers delicious dishes but also offers excellent service and a great ambiance, Zaika is the place to go. Highly recommended! Place is little congested. I recently ordered the chicken triple fried rice from Zaika, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I specifically requested that the dish be served with a gravy containing egg, but when my order arrived, there was no gravy included. Despite being a regular customer, when I called to address this issue, the staff responded rudely, saying "nahi hoga," and offered no solution. This level of customer service is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for loyal customers. The staff's dismissive attitude and unwillingness to correct their mistake were frustrating. If they can’t handlesimple requests and treat customers with basic respect, they don't deserve my business. Overall, while I have enjoyed their food in the past, the lack of attention to customer requests and the poor attitude of the staff during this recent experience have left me reconsidering my loyalty to this restaurant. I hope they improve their service and ensure that customer requests are handled more professionally in the future. Until then, I won't be ordering from Zaika again.
