We went and the family restaurant was almost closed as there were no customers and we were the only family. Later an elderly waiter came and started the AC but the room was stinking. We ordered Chicken Lollypop,Chicken Handi and Butter Naan, Triple Schezwan Rice.
Later when we ordered more naan the same waiter said 4 naans were burned in the tandoor and made no attempt to serve us better but suggested to order butter Rotis.
The chicken haandi was raw.
The plates and the drinking glasses were dusty.
We later parcelled the food and the waiter said they didn’t have cloth carry bags! Yes plastic bags are banned not cloth!
Overall it was an unpleasant experience and will avoid it for sure.
Hope the hotel hire waiter who have some customer service sense!
