I had visited this place for the first time, the ambience is good. We had tried veg thali and taste was okay. We were little disappointed with the quantity and taste. The taste was not more then regular home cooked food. Another thing that I noticed was the guesture of the staff at the reception counter was not welcoming and full of arrogance. They could be someone from the senior management / owner of the restaurant. We visit the place to spend some quality time , enjoy good food and we pay for that service. We are not here to tolerate your arrogance and unpleasant behaviour. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The food was very pathetic and tasteless it really feels like they just have added spices in a water and served. We ordered special chicken thali and egg thali, in both the cases the gravy was tasteless also quantity was very less. When I complaint to manager he was very stubborn and said it is what it is. And denied the poor quality test of alani rassa. I will say it is a serial scam happening on the name of Patil Vada hotel franchise. I have visited so many branches of the food chain but this one I would rate 0 out of 10 Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A place with Great Ambience. Occupied with Great Maharashtrian Vibes. I don't know why but it took them 45 min to serve me my order. Overall a good place to visit.
