recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel New Park, and I must say, it was one of the most welcoming and comfortable hotel experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special thanks goes to Miss Nobomita, whose warmth and professionalism made all the difference. She was always available with a smile, ready to assist with any requests or just have a friendly chat that brightened the day. Also, heartfelt appreciation to Uttam Dada, who made sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. From room arrangements to meal service, his attention to detail and calm demeanor truly stood out. He felt less like hotel staff and more like a trusted family friend making sure we were well taken care of. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was delicious (especially the local dishes), and the ambiance of the place was calm and inviting. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, Hotel New Park is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be returning – not just for the location and amenities, but because of the incredible people like Miss Nobomita and Uttam Dada who make this hotel feel like a second home.

Giving more importances on money than anything else, wanted to get/ maximum profit during couple of high demand weeks in year, denied giving room for 2-3 days only open availability for 7 night or more.....you will get that type of customers very rarely....Also remind your overall rating which is 3.2 , you are not super jaint to show your musale during high demand weeks......
