Worst stay in Puri. This place is only overhyped. Price are quite high when keeping in mind the room conditions and services. Yes you get a nice view of the sea if you are lucky enough to get a room in 5th,6th floor maybe. There is always traffic and honking on the street in front. Rooms are not maintained and looks quite old. Stains all over the wall, wardrobe and bed, bathrooms fittings are all rusted. Worst thing - Hard water They say the entire locality gets hard water from the tap...which was not correct. We were having food from restaurant next to it and they did not have that problem. Rooms: Not at all maintained. We booked for two tripple bed but they allocated one tripple and one double bed with a mattress. Bathrooms are not that clean, there is rusting every where The worst thing - Hard water. They say the entire locality gets hard water from the tap...which was not correct. Room was pathetic inspite of giving 7200 per night as it is most expensive room of puri hotel,the balcony of the room was too small aprox 10/14 square ft,no tea coffee maker in room. Bathroom water was too salty hence you have to use own bottled water to wash your face. Restaurant policy was too bad. Recommend all not to stay puri hotel if you want moderate to luxury stay . Rooms: Room was bad,very small balcony,too salty water ,no lift facilities inspite of giving 7050 aprox per night. Safety: All of the sudden the bulb blown up at around 12am in midnight,smoke was in my room but there was none to call in this immediate situation,I had to go downstairs to find out if there anyone,luckily got security staff at beside parking area of hotel,but they were very not very helpful. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5
