We had taken 5 bed room, positive was there is lift in this hote. The room was cramped with bed, the toilet was stinky with no exhaust. No daily room cleaning. Service: 2

We stayed for two days and definitely cannot recommend going there. We found our room filled with mouse faeces and sitting in the room, we discovered a mouse crawling on our luggage. When we complained to the receptionist, he first refused to help. Later, after talking very firmly to a younger receptionist, we were admitted into another room with less mouse faeces. The bathroom is stinky and there is no window glass to prevent pests from entering. Over the door there is a grid which distributes all noise from outside into the room. The luggage storage after checkout was in the reception, fully visible from the street, and it was unattended when we returned to pick it up. Service: 1

I stayed in this hotel in Sept'24. Hotel Staff is good & hospitality is also good. I booked a room with occupancy of 5 which was also ok & budget friendly. But it lacks in lot of areas like AC remote not working, TV not working, we have to ask reception to turn on geyser. Most disturbing fact about room is that in room above door there are grills which are not covered with glass/ anything which may lead to mosquitos & lot of noises from other rooms. Similar lack is in exhaust of bathroom, instead of exhaust fan, there is simply a hole on wall. Also, quilt/blanket provided was also not neat & its cover was not opened from one side. I booked room for 2 days, but stayed only for 1 day. Also one of the disturbing factor is kitchen in top floor is very dirty. So final verdict is this hotel is cheap both terms of value of money as well as services. Service: 3
