Hotel is very well located. Very close to market and matheran station. Staff is very supportive. Hotel is very good for family visits. Good Food. Jain food also available. Good value for money Service: 5

So we had been to this place and we just loved the place..... The food here was exceptional..... The hospitality is good as well..... The wifi is poor here as it doesn't get connected inside the room..... However, overall it was wonderful experience..... Service: 5

The resort is clean,well maintained and beautiful. The location is good – very much in the main market but still quiet and peaceful. The staff too is good and polite. But the food is major plus for us if you opt for a food inclusive package. Overall a very good experience at Hotel Panorama Resort Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
