The manger is so arrogent, the rules are not for family purpose as they are very strict, the tolite seat is broken thers no shower gel in shower gel bottle as well as in shampoo bottle and bedsheet were not clean had a big stain in it Rooms: 1 Service: 1

The service is very bad, the breakfast is not good and the staff is also bad. The owner takes the money for booking and shows the room in a different hotel and gives the room in another hotel. 1. Kitchen closes at 2230. You folks checked-in at 2330, with no prior information of a late check-in. Despite this your group was fed a HOT MEAL, though the chef and service staff had to over work. Your Tour operator knew the exact location, she'd been shared the Google Map location. 3. It was your Travel Agent who booked and confirmed your group's stay in three different properties, because you confirmed your booking with her only 3 days prior your check-in date, and most of the good hotels in Manali were sold out. IT'S STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PLAN YOUR TRAVEL IN ADVANCE. 4. The kids and women folk in your GROUP were having loud conversations in the alleyways and had to be politely first, sternly later advised to maintain a peaceful atmosphere to prevent disturbing other guests.
